How We Use It

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use your information for marketing, do not sell it to third parties, and do not share it with locksmith companies or referral networks.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not connect you with locksmith services or pass your contact details to any service provider. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking scripts. A session cookie may be set by the web server for standard operation.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for research and editorial purposes, then deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days.

Your Rights (California / CCPA)

California residents may request disclosure of personal information we hold about them, request deletion, or opt out of sale (we do not sell data). Submit requests via our contact form.
